The model MT61A
is a "burn in" fixture for circuits as shown and similar.
The advantage is dual function design ("burn-in" +
"on board test") which ensures proper
contact with the board. It works over a large temperature range and
is easy to use.
The same concept is now used to build microwave test fixtures for packages with similar gullwing design. Also fixtures with medium "thru-put" are built this way. In combination with "designer kits" this fixture is suitable for designing external circuitry in an efficient manner. The upper frequency is about 6 GHz. |
