The MT74A is a
fixture which tests packages in the same environment they are used
later in the final assembly. It could be called sub-assembly testing. Due to a patented springy signal contact, the fixture has a medium throughput as is, but could be made faster. The circuit board can easily be exchanged. Two springy DC-contacts are provided via feedthrus. |
